You don't say whether the restructuring achieved it's intended purpose, but sadly demotivation and loss of skill are all too often the side effects of a restructuring exercise. One of the first questions that I would be interested in asking if I we…

Hi Griffith
We launched our PeopleSystems HR Management software suite this year. It is a South African developed system that offers the following:
HR Operational Management (people and job profiles, behaviour management, leave management, recruitment management).
Training Management System (all internal and external training as well as planned and actual training).
Compliance Manager (automatically completes EEA2, EEA4, WSP, ATR, LPR, PDP's in the format required for delivery).
QMS (ISO compliant Quality Management System)
Gap Analysis Manager
Evaulation Manager
Enterprise Performance Manager (Balanced scorecards, Strategy Maps, Dashboards etc.).

The best thing about our software is that it is a fraction of the cost of it's international competitors.
We are looking HR consultants who are interested in either referring potential customers to us or becoming a registered channel partner with fantastic revenue streams.
