Profile Information

Tell us about what you do
- I coach individuals at all levels, on how to realise their dreams and career aspirations;
- I coach individuals within any workplace environment (from an Office Administrator to an Executive) - contracted by an organisation or an individual personally;
- I coach students in high school (vocational) in order that they may follow the route of education that enables them to participate with passion in the labour market.
- I also provide workplace solutions through Needs Analysis and, where training is a solution, design/develop a programme that will produce the desired outcome. I pilot the programme, facilitate the programme to SME's, carry out a Train-the-Trainer and provide assistance in post programme training evaluation to determine approximate ROI.
What companies or organisations are you with?
Currently in the process of networking with SMME's and large organisations in Gauteng at present with the plan to provide my services in all regions nationally. Am a registered member of COMENSA and the Business Womens' Association of SA.
