I have been on several of the QCTO scoping meetings pertaining to the design and development of the new occupational qualifications and there seem to be some confusion as to the process in developing these qualifications and in particular the role and function of the QCTO.The implementation of the QCTO started in 2006 but as a result of operational problems the implementation was postponed to later and now are semi-functional with the core of quality assurance which is the main function…See More
