Our L&D programmes are quite diverse and varied given the nature of our business (tellecomms) We run a lot of "Soft Skills" as it is a critical skill for our call centre agents, then we focus on scarce which we have identified is sales selling for our consultants. Our focus is also up skilling our consultants on the latest new products that our business launches. We currently run our own in house Risk managment trainings as it is critical to our business . given that creative fraud is on the rise :-(. Hope this answers your ques
