A colleague asked me to help with a facilitation task at a healing facility. I thought we were going to work with drug addicts, alcoholics and people with eating disorders because that is his main area of interest or so I thought. It became apparent we were talking about dissonance in the ‘foundation’ team at this facility (grounds (wo) men, cleaners, security guards and cooking staff).They formed a group of 14 adults, two of European descent the rest being African having diversity…
