- I am the Chief Executive of Pachi Development Foundation. A capacity building humanitatian organisation specialising in HIV and AIDS and other skills programme like change management, leadership, coaching and mentoring, as well as assessor and moderation courses. I do and conduct the training and in some instances do the assessment and moderation of other trainings .

I am actually in the smme development arena. My role is to develop training material for such as well as source out'credible' service providers. Included in that also is staff development ( do skills audit, interventions,write up HR policies/ EE etc etc) there's just no end to what I do.
