- Derek is an organisational performance and strategy consultant who during the past ten years have worked in South Africa, Austria, Zambia, Tanzania, Namibia, Mauritius, and Kenya. In the field of consulting Derek has undertaken a myriad of projects, but holds highest acclaim for his work in the field of organisational strategy development. Derek furthermore trains in the vicinity of 3000 people per year in various business and management workshops. Over the past 15-years he has worked with more than 100 companies and has trained more than 30 000 participants in various work sessions. Academically Derek holds tertiary and post graduate qualifications in the fields of Business Administration, Labour Relations & Law; Training & Development; Facilitation Skills; and Group Process Consultation. He is also a Certified Practitioner in the art of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) with the International Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
