I have to agree with Nigel here. As one of the providers that works with a few different SETAs, it can be quite daunting with all the different systems.

I've been exposed to the HR related duties since April this year and have been involved in the development of job description for an FET College and for the organization i work for and been in involved in recruitment and selection . I would like to take on some of the HR duties that are currently being done by other staff members since there was no HR department in this organization, so i'm trying to learn regarding functions like payroll, leave management, keeping personnel files etc.
