Tell us about what you do
I have recently together with a partner established a training provider called Situational HR Trainers. We are hoping for our accreditation to come through shortly with the SABPP. My background is in HR, but I have specialised in instructional design. I am particularly interested in performance assessments and cooperative learning techniques.
What companies or organisations are you with?
Situational HR Trainers. I believe we have established a unique training model - being based loosely on the theory of situated learning.
