Tell us about what you do
I am a pensioner. My working life was spent, initially in quality control as an analytical chemist in the petroleum industry, from where I moved into HRD. From the petroleum industry I moved to the sugar industry, continuing in HRD and gaining experince in generalist HRM in an unionised environment. My HRD base was enlarged to inculde OD and designing for learning and change. I am committed to my Christian ministry.
