I'm looking for a public short course on management covering managerial roles, functions, managerial and people management skills such as planning, controlling, organising, leading, communication skills, self-management, conflict management, problem-solving and decision making, diversity management, ethics, team effectiveness, a bit of labour relations and leadership.
