- I am a Managing Partner of Cynbar Human Capital, a Recruitment and HR Services company. I have just returned from the United States as part of a one month mentoring program sponsored by the United States State Department and Fortune 500 and I was based at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America. My aim was to learn about Learnerships and implement them in South Africa within organizations
