Leading such an amazing programme has been a real joy to me and when one considers that the Human Resource Development (HRD) landscape is not just driven by the SETA system, but by a range of players. A snippet of news, it seems as though the QCTO are recruiting senior staff in the key areas of occupational qualification development and assessments, which must be a sign that the wheels are beginning to turn. I have also had a catch up with a colleague of mine who has been intimately involved with the design and development of a full qualification and what it will look like.
