Good Afternoon Everybody
Can somebody give me clarity as to what makes a leader a good leader? I have always thought a leader, lives by example and be somebody that ordinary people can be inspired by. He/ She has to lead with integrity in his private and public capacity or does this change behind closed doors? Shouldn’t leadership be inspired by good will and zeal to do the right thing? Looking at some of our leaders I find myself asking: Where did it all go wrong? Does the “hunger”… Continue
