- Education, Training and Development Quality Assurance. I also recently established the Centre for Collaboration and Sustainable Development in East London. The Centre has two focus areas (1)to bring implementation capacity to collaborative projects to enhance sustainability as well as offer and Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) in Micro Finance.

Yes, when i did the NQF4 Real estate and the assessors course we were told that there would be a demand for facilitators and assessors in the industry. That is why I did the assessors course and so far its been a struggle to find a service provider to work for. I have stayed in contact with two service providers since the completion of my courses but they have no vacancies. I have started to think that it was a huge waste of time doing the courses. I would love to help others with the RPL process. I have a passion for people and their development, but I am finding it hard to get into it. I signed up with skills universe in the hopes that i can find help with this problem i am having. I also reside in Welkom and there arent any local training colleges that offer RPL for real estate that i know of.
