Dear Carrie,

The challenge with only have the two join is they might be exposed to practice and business processes that might not talk back to your contact centre or business. I cannot think of any public learnerships in the contact centre environment in Cape Town, but I can suggest that you contact click here the Graduate Centre of Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. They might be able to assist you with your query. Otherwise I would suggest contacting the Chamber Manager Shainaaz Rambehary click here for Contact Centres at Services SETA for information on what public learnerships would or are available in Cape Town.

Hi, a solution might be to run and RPL for the two candidates, however there are a number of key questions that need to be addressed, like levels of experience. Maybe it will be worthwhile to partner with a provider that is currenty runnning learnerships and having an exploration discussion.
