Can anyone suggest a training provider to use for coaching training for a group of call centre supervisors? I would prefer to use someone that has contact centre experience. The course must be accredited.

Dear Lynette. We offer Coaching as a Leadership Tool for Contact Centre Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers and have done so for a number of years. Our programme is accrediteed to the National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations and we do customise it to the client specific needs. The programme is conducted by facilitators with years of ETDP and Coantcat Centre experinece and I am prepared to provide you with client references.
