Hi All
I am currently looking to offer contract employment to two individuals that have been or are part of a Contact Centre Learnership that are not placed in Johannesburg. If you know of any one, please to pop me a mail on pietereugene@gmail.com. I do thank you in advance.

We are training learners in Early Childhood Development. Funding that we've received from SETAS and EPWP is paying the tuition of many of our learners. Currently we have 35 ladies that are doing volunteer work at ECD sites (creches), because they have a passion for young children. They applied to study at us, but are financially not capable to pay for their studies.

I wonder if there is any where else but the SETA's to apply for funding for these people.

I will appreciate a response.

You should inform Services-Seta ETQA of your intentions and selection of unit standards; prepare a quality management system and aligned courseware and ask the SETA for a site visit. For further information contact me at wayne@ttservices.co.za We already have much of the courseware and can help you.
Rgds,
Wayne.

HI
As a training provider we would like to register learners for a Project Management learnership. How do we go about this? Your urgent assistance inthis regard will be greatly appreciated, as I have to give a report to our CEO before the end of this week.

Hi

This is the first time we have implemented a Learnership programme in our organisation. I have completed the IT 180 for each learner. On Tuesday, May 11, 2010 I visited the SARS office in Alberton to submit these forms.

When I arrived at the reception I explained to the lady what the purpose of my visit was. I also displayed the forms to her which I wanted to submit. The receptionist explained that she had no idea what the forms were and could therefore not direct me to a person to deal with my problem. She then proceeded to call her team leader and then a supervisor but they too were unable to assist.

Upon return to the office I called the SARS call centre. The agent also had no idea what I talking about but she did take down my details and said that she would get someone to call me back.

I have also sent emails to parties at the Service SETA but as yet have had no response.

I cannot believe that the procedure to claim a tax deduction can be so frustrating. Any assistance that you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Good day all, We currently have learnerships available nationally in IT networking. This is a 12 month program and is aimed at GRADUATES who wish to enter the job market and get some practical experience. Delegates are trained on specific technologies and placed at companies for 8-12 months. There is limited space and I cannot gaurantee you a place, but any interested parties can send me a mail with CV to meroman@vodamail.co.za and I will see if I can assist. As far as I know application close 15 March 2010.
