Hi Susan
A simple reply is - A company must have a drug and alcohol policy in place and this policy must state what the testing procedures are.
Susan Jane Allerton Comment by Susan Jane Allerton on August 10, 2010 at 5:02pm
Does anyone perhaps know if it is a legal requirement to get written consent before doing drug testing (random) and or specific (related to suspected drug use) or is it the companies right to check adherance to the rules of the site one of which in no alcohol or drug use? Would appreciate your opinions.

warm regards
