QMS Pricing

Could any one please tell me what is the correct price to charge for a QMS. I have got quote from service providers and also surfed the net for prices and they all very from 20-000/60-000 now please tell me why is this so. Does it very from Seta to seta or servci provider. Thanks for your assistance to this greate headache.
