URGENTLY in need of 2 candidate facilitators per province - in Customer Care

We are in urgent need of a list of candidates for facilitating Customer Care in 2014-2015. It is for a tender (which terms of reference was altered at the last moment) leaving us in need of recruiting 2 facilitators per province rather urgently.

It will be a long term contract. Payment will be based on completed training sessions and submission of invoice at the end of every month. It is for a large government agency with 3 to 5 day workshop per group, x 3 groups per month on average.

Please do not send me your CV if you do not meet the following criteria:

  • at least 3 years experience in Customer Care, ethics, diversity (or related) facilitation
  • excellent reporting and administration/ management of a contract skills
  • a tertiary level qualification (Matric + 3 years)
  • the ability to use a laptop in training sessions, with the use of a projector and video clips, PowerPoint presentations
  • access to own transport within the province - to and from training venues, a cell phone and laptop (with appropriate software on it - e.g. PowerPoint, ability to show video clips) as well as internet connection
  • assessor or moderator status not a requirement
  • you must be prepared to travel within your province and on some occasions to the head office of the training provider, which is located in both Cape Town and Pretoria

You will be reimbursed for your traveling, accommodation and subsistence will be for the account of the training provider, as well as flights if needed. You will receive a cell phone allowance. You will not be paid for the Train-the-Trainer at the start-up of the project and you will also not be required to pay for it, but attending this training will be considered a contractual agreement that you are committed to the duration of the training contract.
