Core scope
- Managing Operations of all administration and online learning tasks to ensure quality learning programmes in a very busy and pressurized environment.
- Monitor facilitators and assessors deliver on Blended learning methodologies as aligned with industry best practice.

Minimum requirements
- A minimum of 2 year of administration experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in dealing with SETA’s, LMIS, upload and exit of learners
- Must have some project management experience – preferably Project Management qualification
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Teams
- Have advanced Computer skills
