A very good question was asked today. Based on the DoL advise and regulation (and I stand to be corrected - the info was fed to me) all contractors that we get on site, i.e marketing campaigns, trainers etc who is not employed by the organisation needs to complete some file with documents. We are a corporate company and we are in the distribution field and have a warehouse, however, with our vendors and partners it will cause lost in business if we first have to get them to compile forms in a file. Is there anybody here how can give me more light on this requirement please?
