Now updated with the correct version of the Government Gazette - my thanks to Verna Appollis.
The Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL) issued the latest consolidated guidelines - replacing all previous guidelines.
The copy of the gazette I have (attached) doesn't carry a number of regulation number but hidden within it, is very important information.
I have managed to ascertain that the date that it came into effect was 11 June 2021. Reading page 6. on the risk assessment that is required, indicates that it needs to be carried out according to that section, 21 days thereafter.
I calculate that as the 2 July 2021.
Please read the attached document, and check out the requirements for the risk assessment, then once you have carried it out, make sure to keep your records available for any DoEL inspection.
