Request to make recommendations - new school at Napier, Agulhas

The Western Cape Education Department is in the process of opening a new school at Napier, Agulhas School of Skills.

The learners will be enrolled for 4 years. The first year orientation and the 3 years to learn and train them in skills programmes.

The learners? age, 15 -18, boys and girls are below average cognitive functioning on NQF level 1 grade 9 level.

We are looking for recommendations, suggestions etc. on which skills programmes will be suitable and the best options for these learners.
