What is a Facilitator?

A facilitator is someone who is skilled at helping everyone in a group expresses their leadership qualities. They help things go smoothly without imposing their own ideas upon everyone else.

Your key responsibility as a facilitator is to create this group process and an environment in which it can flourish, and so help the group reach a successful decision, solution or conclusion

What will I learn?

       Define the role of a facilitator

       Identify the key facilitation principles

       Describe the best practices related to each principle

       Provide students with facilitation practice and performance feedback

       Plan and prepare for facilitation;

       Facilitate learning; and

       Evaluate learning and facilitation.

What can I do after the training? 

This service will be of particular interest to companies that do not yet have an in-house facilitator to fulfil this function.
