Do you believe that the link to good customer service lies in the relationship that the employer has with the employee. I know for a fact that when you as an employee get treated with dignity, respect and with the I know for a fact that if employees are treated well and are treated with dignity and respect the very same dignity and respect we want to give to our customers then we are well on our way to delivering good no not good, but exceptional customer service.

It seems to me that everywhere you turn there is a strike on. Metrorail, Game, energy workers, miners, metro police, post office, taxi drivers - it seems like all sectors have either been on strike or are currently on strike.

This post is really targeted at all the accounting and bookkeeping facilitators and assessors out there.

As part of the various courses we offer that are assessed and trained by accreditted providers with whom we have a MOU, they assess and train in a basic bookkeeping course which is assessed per unit standard.

When people start to lose morals, values and mutual respect for each other, we as responsible persons need to stop and take a long hard look at ourselves and try to get back on the right path.

Casual Fridays:

Week 1 - Memo No. 1
Effective this week, the company is adopting Fridays as Casual Day. Employees are free to dress in the casual attire of their choice.

Week 3 - Memo No. 2
Spandex and leather micro-miniskirts are not appropriate attire for Casual Day. Neither are string ties, rodeo belt buckles or moccasins.

Week 6 - Memo No. 3
Casual Day refers to dress only, not attitude. When planning Friday's wardrobe, remember image is a key to our success.
